Why can't I add tickets to my Ticketmaster wallet?

Your phone may not support the latest iOS which is required to add tickets to your wallet. You may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet. Any tickets purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID.

How do I add tickets to my Ticketmaster account?

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account. 2. Tap My Events to locate your order. 3. Tap your order to view tickets. 4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet. You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. To enter using your mobile wallet, access your ticket in the wallet and place the back of your phone against the scanning device or reader.
